How to gain access: During opening hours the toilet is kept locked and customers can ask for the key at the reception desk. Regular users can get a key so that they can use the facility out of hours (24 hours per day, 7 days a week). To get a key for use out of hours, customers have to book an appointment so that staff at the facility can make sure they are fully trained in relation to use of the facility

Opening hours: 10.30 - 4pm weekdays. After these hours and at weekends (24 hours per day) access can be gained by use of an entry key (see above)
