How to gain access: The toilet is locked on arrival. key is available from Shopmobility.The toilet is located on the (–1) layer of the car park in the Grand Arcade where Shopmobility is.

Changing Bench: height-adjustable, adult sized, free standing

 

Hoist: Ceiling track hoist - Chiltern Invadex

 

Toilet: Centrally placed toilet with room either side for the carers

 

Who can use the toilet: Anyone in the area who needs to use it
