10000 facebook likes!

Great news! The Changing Places facebook page now has over 10,000 likes and continues to grow in popularity on a daily basis. We would like to thank the wonderful Sarah Mitchell, who co-ordinates the page, for her commitment to the campaign and for creating such a positive meeting space for campaigners across the UK (and the world).

Our presence on facebook and twitter has made it possible for all our superb campaigners to keep in touch and share information and experiences about their campaigns. Link to the page here

Sarah said: “I'm delighted that the facebook page has managed to get ten thousand likes and I'm so grateful to everyone who supports the page.
A massive part of supporting the campaign for me was to create awareness and with ten thousand supporters sharing our map, pictures and stories I feel like we have gone a long way towards achieving this.
The page is run by and for campaigners, focuses on our triumphs and struggles, and is a good platform for local campaigns.
