Ten Minute Rule Bill on Changing Places toilets

 

Earlier this year, Paula Sherriff, MP for Dewsbury, Mirfield, Denby Dale and Kirkburton, met with Lorna Fillingham when Lorna presented her Changing Places petition. The meeting clearly made an impact as now Paula Sherriff is introducing a Ten Minute Rule Bill in the House of Commons on Wednesday 27 June. 

This is a great opportunity to keep Changing Places toilets in the political spotlight.

Ahead of the debate, Paula Sherriff was briefed by Clare Lucas, Campaigns and Engagement Manager and Jonathan Kingsley, Parliamentary and Policy Manager at Muscular Dystrophy UK, who co-chair the Changing Places Consortium.
