Christmas shopping made merry thanks to Changing Places

Disabled people and their families can this year enjoy doing their Christmas shopping without having to go home early because there is no toilet that meets their needs.

The Andy Loos mobile Changing Places toilet will be situated in the middle of Birmingham – a major shopping venue in the heart of the country – from Thursday 17 November – Friday 23 December 2011.

The Changing Places toilet will be in Birmingham's Frankfurt Christmas Market which has more than 90 stalls and is set to bring a truly festive experience to the city centre.

The luxury unit is designed to be both luxurious and easy to use for both carers and the disabled person, and includes a fully automatic tracking hoist, height adjustable changing bench, peninsular toilet and plenty of space.
